7 Self Care Habits You Should Do Every Week
It’s cold. It’s dark. It’s more often rainy than sunny.
For a lot of people, winter weather is not comfortable, so setting healthy habits is even more important this time of the year.
Here are just a few ideas:

1 Go outside, no really. I’m serious
I get it. It’s cold and not exactly outdoorsy weather. But hear me out.
Your lungs need the clean air, which in winter is usually more clean than the summer. Keep your facemask handy to warm up your breath as you breath in the chilly air.
Running or just a comfy walk will do so much. When you get back home, if you have a yard and a safe space to do so, light a small fire. Toast some marshmallows and maybe warm up a yummy cup of chair.
Be active outdoors for at least 30 minutes and 3 times a week. Again, I said “at the least.”
2 Keep a gratitude journal
At the end of each day, write down 3 things that you are thankful for. Any person or thing. For example, a cup of coffee, the soothing sound of the rain outside…
