I am so excited to now know that I am not the only person who just did this recently!

So here's how it went down for me...

We live in New Orleans and the first cold snap snuck up on us and I could not find my winter coat after putting things away last year. I am struggling and need to get started with my day.

I am still in my cozy Fenty bathrobe (shout out to Rihanna) and realize... hmmm... this thing is not only comfortable, it is very warm.

Proceed to leave the house with my bathrobe as a jacket over my fitted tshirt and business slacks. My daughter gives me the side eye but then smirks and says "ok so that's what we're doing today"

Yes ma'am. Yes this is exactly what I am doing today.

Of course once again... we live in New Orleans, so a woman who is wearing a Fenty bathrobe over a regular outfit is not exactly the weirdest thing people have seen this year.

I love our city.

I have now done this 2 more times since then. Oh but now I found my coat so... I have options.

To everyone reading, I highly recommend the occasional indulgence of a cozy robe for the day. You deserve the cozy comforts.
