If A-I can do it all, why are you here?

First of all, I don’t think we are at the stage yet where A-I can do it all nor do I think it will even be as great as some supporters believe, but if it can do more things for us…

what’s the point of living?

It’s one thing for an A-I robot to build a car. People still repair the robot when it malfunctions and vehicles are produced without putting people into danger of injury as major manufacturing can be at times.

An A-I that helps you find the restaurant that your friend suggested or helps you find a gas station if you’re lost in a city you’ve never been to.

These kinds of things don’t deplete the value of living a life.

But some folks keep pushing for A-I to do more and more and my question is… if an A-I can create art, how is that even valuable? Even if the A-I creates art for a small business, it will always just be smashing together elements and can never personalize it.

Then the next question is… where does it end?

A-1 creating art, writing laws, creating music, building houses, etc. Why are we even living anymore?

The point of a life is to learn, have experiences, develop as a person.

If A-1 does everything for you, you are essentially… nothing.
