I've never gotten behind the "topless" movement. I get it that some women want our breasts to not be sexualized but there are 2 issues:
1. Our breasts are sensitive and quite frankly, i don't want wind, dust, bugs, debris to have access to my nipples.
2. Our breasts are more likely to be part of our sexuality than a man's. While yes, our breasts can feed children, we have more hours devoted to sex than to breastfeeding in our lifetimes.
I'm 100% here for gender equality and I advocate constantly for opportunity and growth but just like Lucy Parsons said decades ago, I have more important goals in mind for women and melanated people.
