I’ve heard and I’m sure you’ve heard many people say similar things. The words may be different but the theme is the same:

“I’m a victim of a bad situation or a limited situation and I’m waiting for an opportunity. If I just get that opportunity, I’ll run for it. I mean that.”

But do you though? Do you really?
