This data is stated in a very misleading way. 0.00032% of women have passed away last year due to child birth related causes.
That's 32 for every 100,000 live births.
The rate is definitely higher for Black women than white women, but the stats you included suggest that almost half of black women die in childbirth and we all know that's not accurate.
Perhaps you meant to say 13% and 41% higher than the rate of other nations?
