This quote is confusing. If you use this data to suggest a disparity, I don't see it.
If 48% of Black women never been married, that means 52% have.
Which is exactly the same as the second figure which states: 52% of all women from other ethnicities are married.
I'm not saying there is or is not disparity. I'm just pointing out a very clear balance in numbers that was followed by a statement of disparity.
