What a Woman You Will Be

A poem to my daughter

What a blessing it will be to see and know the woman you will be

the compassion, creativity and strength seeds

nurtured through these early years

how brilliant will be your fruit upon this space

what a blessing it will be to see

the phenomenal woman you will be

i see hints of her glowing inside your moments of silent reflection

i see her foundation expanding and flexing its muscles

oh my God

what an amazing woman you will some day be.
