It’s time to be honest with yourself.

If you have a trail of conflicts, if you have issues with family and friends and workplaces and more, you need to save yourself.

I say this with love. You need to seek counseling and be prepared for some uncomfortable truths. Healing will require you to face yourself.

You might be the problem.

Chances are someone in the past taught you behaviors or responses to others that created these problems, but now you are an adult and the Power is in your hands.

I write this because of different conversations I have had with people that clearly have mild versions of mental health conditions. These milder versions don’t create disruptions in a person’s ability to “function.” However, they do cause consistent pain and destabilization.

For example, most of the people with these concerns that I’ve encountered have the following social symptoms:

  1. Frequent moves or relocations

2. Frequently moving between jobs

3. Most friendships and romantic involvements do not last more than 6 months and/or end in conflict…
